Commodity trading depends on information that belongs to other people. Suppliers disclose availability. Buyers disclose requirements, destinations and end users. Both expect that information to stay where they put it. This page sets out how ROXAY Trading treats it.

What we do not publish

Nothing on this website names a supplier, a producer, an origin country, a buyer, a contract term, a price, a volume or a shipment. That absence is deliberate and permanent, not a gap waiting to be filled.

  • Supplier and producer identities
  • Origin countries and sourcing routes
  • Buyer and end-user identities
  • Contract terms, pricing and commercial structure
  • Volumes, tonnages and shipment details

Sourcing relationships are disclosed on a transaction-specific basis, to the counterparty that needs them, at the point in the transaction where they matter.

Why the network stays confidential

Our sourcing network is intentionally diversified. Keeping individual relationships confidential is what allows it to stay that way — we are not tied to one origin, one producer or one market, and neither our suppliers nor our buyers are exposed to each other by default.

The same discretion applies in both directions. A supplier's availability is not circulated as an open offer, and a buyer's requirement is not shopped around the market.

Information you send us

Requirements, supply offers and counterparty documentation submitted through this website or by email are treated as confidential. They are reviewed for commercial suitability and compliance purposes, and shared internally only with those working on the transaction.

Where a transaction requires disclosure to a counterparty — for example, a specification passed to a potential supplier — we disclose what the transaction needs and no more.

Due diligence is not an exception

Counterparty verification requires information: legal identity, ownership, end user, intended use, destination. Collecting it does not make it ours to publish. It is held for the purpose it was collected for, and used for counterparty due diligence, compliance and commercial onboarding.

How that information is stored and handled as personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

Formal agreements

Where a transaction or discussion calls for a mutual non-disclosure agreement, we are willing to enter into one. This page describes our practice; it does not substitute for a signed agreement between counterparties.
