About ROXAY
What does ROXAY Trading do?
ROXAY Trading is a global commodity trading and sourcing company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It sources strategic commodities from producers and suppliers across multiple geographies and supplies them to corporate buyers, working across three categories: energy, metals & steels, and polymers.
Is ROXAY Trading a producer or a broker?
Neither. ROXAY Trading is a commodity trading partner: it takes commercial responsibility for a transaction — qualifying the supply, structuring the terms and coordinating delivery — rather than manufacturing the product or simply passing an enquiry along.
Where is ROXAY Trading based?
ROXAY Trading is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which sits between the producing regions it sources from and the import-driven markets of Asia and Africa that it serves.
Does ROXAY own ships, terminals or warehouses?
No. ROXAY Trading positions itself on its commercial network, sourcing capability and operational coordination rather than on owned physical assets. Shipping, transport and storage are organised per transaction according to what the trade requires.
Products and sourcing
Which commodities does ROXAY Trading supply?
ROXAY Trading covers three categories: energy (LNG, natural gas and other energy and hydrocarbon products), metals & steels (iron and iron ore, copper, and steel products), and polymers (polyethylene, polypropylene and other polymer grades).
Can ROXAY source a commodity that is not listed on the website?
Often, yes. The published portfolio reflects current focus rather than a fixed limit — it expands with global demand and supply availability. Requirements outside the listed products are assessed case by case.
Which countries does ROXAY source from?
ROXAY Trading does not publish origin countries, suppliers or trade routes. Sourcing information sits inside the commercial network and is treated as confidential, in the same way buyer identities and contract terms are.
How does ROXAY qualify a supplier?
Suppliers are assessed against the specification, quantity and timeline of the specific requirement before any commercial commitment is made. A supplier that fits one enquiry is not assumed to fit the next.
Working with ROXAY
What information should a requirement include?
Four things carry the most weight: the commodity and grade required, the destination market or discharge port, the estimated volume, and the preferred Incoterm. Specification, packaging and target timeline help narrow the supply options further.
Which Incoterms does ROXAY trade on?
Delivery terms are set per transaction. FOB, CIF and CFR are the most common structures in the commodity trades ROXAY handles, but the applicable term depends on the product, the route and what both counterparties can support.
Does ROXAY publish prices?
No. Commodity pricing moves with the market and depends on specification, volume, delivery terms and timing, so no published figure would be meaningful. Pricing is quoted against a specific requirement.
Is there a minimum order size?
There is no single published threshold, because the workable minimum differs by product and route. ROXAY works primarily with buyers who have high-volume or recurring requirements, and enquiries are assessed against what can realistically be sourced and shipped.
